He is expected to be returned to Randolph County Thursday afternoon.

Escaped inmate Robert Dean Lewis from the Randolph County has been captured in Darke County.
Darke County deputies said they got a call from Greenville about a vehicle stolen during Lewis’ escape on Monday. Deputies and Greenville police found Lewis, who was hit with a Taser before they took him into custody.
Lewis walked away Monday morning from the Randolph County Jail in Winchester, Indiana, while on a cleaning detail at the jail.
Lewis is now being held without bond at the Darke County Jail, where he awaits extradition to Indiana. According to online jail records, he was arrested just before 2:30 p.m. by Darke County Deputy Scott Mullen.
UPDATE @ 10:40 p.m. June 16: The Randolph County Sheriff's Department has identified the make, model and license tag of the pickup truck escaped Indiana jail escapee Robert Dean Lewis is believed to be driving.
The department received information about 8:30 p.m. that Lewis is believed to be in a 1990 Ford F-150 that is black with a gray stripe on the bottom of the vehicle near its running boards. It bears Indiana license tag TK796MHQ.
Pal-item.com is reporting that Lewis was seen in Richmond in that truck about 5 a.m. He was dressed in a dark shirt, denim jeans and boots.

A Darke County man escaped an Indiana jail this morning.
The Randolph County Sheriff’s Department identified him as Robert Lewis, of Union City, Ohio.
Lewis was arrested in October on charges accusing him of stealing $80,000 in cash and checks from a house belonging to the owner of the Winchester Speedway.
Initial reports indicate Lewis fled out the front door while doing cleaning work about 3:20 a.m.
