Local man accused of voyeuring teen girl

A Fairfield Twp. man was arrested Friday for allegedly recording video with a camera that he secretly held under a teen’s skirt at a Cincinnati JC Penney department store according to Colerain Twp. police.

Officer Mike Stockmeier said Jonathan Hazelwood of Fairfield Twp. followed the 13-year-old girl around the store, located in the 3600 block of Stone Creek Boulevard, while she shopped in the shoe department.

Without her knowing, Stockmeier said he photographed underneath her skirt, invading her privacy.

Hazelwood was charged with one count of voyeurism.

Stockmeier said employees called police. He also said employees confronted Hazelwood who ran from JC Penney to nearby the Meijers supermarket and then ran back to JC Penney’s parking lot to get into his vehicle.

Stockmeier says officers arrested him without incident. He says Hazelwood could be arraigned early next week.
