The man was gone when police arrived, but came back and sat on an outside bench just as officers were leaving.
He was spotted holding an open container of alcohol and police questioned him about the public urination.
According to a police report, Gregory Clark admitted to peeing on the patio because he, "didn't want to paralyze himself" by holding it.
He also said he came to the patio to, "get high, get a buzz, and play with myself."
Clark, 38, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail pending a charge of public indecency. He will also be cited for having an open container in public and public intoxication.
