Man convicted of 6 OVIs faces the charge again

A man previously convicted of six OVIs has been indicted on the charge again following an August incident.

James Key was arrested on Aug. 26 after leaving a bar in the 2000 block of Centre-Plex Lane and was indicted on three OVI charges by a Montgomery County grand jury today.

Key could face up to 18 months in jail if convicted, said Greg Flannagan, spokesman for the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
