Police and medics were called Oct. 21 after a 911 caller reported a stabbing at a home in the 600 block of Miami Chapel Road in Dayton.

“I need an ambulance. My dad stabbed his girlfriend three times,” the caller said.

The woman was hospitalized with injuries that were not life-threatening, police said.

Acor was arrested without incident about nine hours after the stabbing was reported. He remains held in the Montgomery County Jail.
