The theft of a CPR breather occurred before 6:48 a.m. from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 700 block of 700 Moore Street. The reported value is $70.

A known person threw a rock and struck a vehicle driven by a 39-year-old Middletown woman at 6:50 p.m. in the 600 block of 20th Avenue. A damage estimate was not reported.

Two vehicles had their windshields smashed before 3:30 a.m. that were parked in the 700 block of Crawford Street. Damage estimates were not reported.

The theft of a weedeater occurred before 8:54 a.m. from a vehicle parked in the 2200 block of Whittier Street. The reported value is $500.

The theft of a mower and weedeater occurred before 9:07 a.m. from the backyard of a home in the 3900 block of Jewell Avenue. The reported total value is $600.

A window and screen were damaged around 3 a.m. of a back window of a home in the 800 block of Mary Etta Street. The police report indicates someone attempted to break in and the screen was cut and raised. A damage estimate was not reported.

A 32-year-old Middletown man was arrested at 11:01 a.m. near the intersection of Bonita Drive and South Breiel Boulevard on suspicion of tampering with evidence, drug possession (crack cocaine) and obstruction of justice.

The theft of a wet saw and mitre saw occurred before 5:07 p.m. from a home being remodeled in the 700 block of South Main Street. A value of the items stolen was not reported.

The theft of an XBox 360 and five games, and 40 DVDs occurred before 5:35 p.m. from a home in the 3100 block of Seneca Street. A value of the items stolen was not reported.

A 58-year-old Franklin woman was arrested at 11:01 a.m. at Walmart, 2900 Towne Blvd., on suspicion of petty theft/shoplifting for allegedly stealing $243.78 worth of grocery items.
