Franklin James McIntosh, the Warren County Jail inmate on the loose Thursday night, was back in jail this morning.

McIntosh, 30, was arrested about 8:15 a.m., according to Chief Deputy Barry Riley.

“He was spotted walking in the wood line on Wilmington Road, just outside of Lebanon, by a motorist. Our units got in the area quickly and apprehended him,” Riley said in an email.

On Thursday night, McIntosh disappeared after signing in from a work release program, according to reports.
