5 new details from court documents in case where babysitter was shot

Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge Gregory Singer’s decision overruling multiple defense motions by an attorney for Kara Parisi-King included more facts about the shooting of Taylor Brandenburg in which Chuckie Lee is accused of murder.

Brandenburg, 20, was shot to death March 12 outside a Huffman Avenue home after police said two groups of people got into an argument at the Glass Hat Bar & Grill. Lee, Parisi-King and Evans Cassell III all were charged. Among the new details from that decision:

> Guns were allegedly stored at a U-Haul facility on East Third Street in Dayton. Surveillance footage shows activity at a rental unit during that night.

> Lee had a rental agreement with the storage facility.

> A fourth person, an uncharged woman, was in the vehicle along with the three defendants.

> Surveillance footage was located at both the Glass Hat and at the Huffman residence.

> Parisi-King allegedly pointed out the Huffman address to Lee.
