His vehicle had crossed the center line on Heckathorn Road and hit a parked pickup head-on, and then backed up into another parked car, according to police.
A passenger in the vehicle, who police were told was the driver, ran off from the scene. They brought in a canine, but did not find that person, according to Perry Twp. police.
They said the man at the scene later admitted he was the driver.
He has not been charged.
Police are investigating whether alcohol was involved.
