The victim told officers he talked to his friend, Mincer, about buying some marijuana, the report says. The victim then went to meet Mincer at 902 Clifton Avenue.

The victim said while he was inside the upstairs half of the double, “someone grabbed him from behind and put him into a headlock. (The victim) stated another male came out with a semi-automatic handgun and told him that if he moved he would blow his brains out,” the report says.

The three then kicked the victim out of the house before stealing his marijuana and money, the report says.

The victim told officers he believes the male who put him in a headlock was Colin Michael, and the male who had the gun was Brown.
