In August, a Beavercreek police report was filed by the business at 4235 Indian Ripple Road alleging that the theft was the result of an employee falsifying documents and taking cash payments from customers.
The two counts — both third-degree felonies — are for exerting control over property valued between $100,000 and $500,00 by deception and beyond the scope of the consent of the owner.
Donahue has been given a summons to appear in front of Judge J. Timothy Campbell on Dec. 10.
