Surveillance photos released in armed pharmacy robbery

Police released disturbing surveillance photos of a robber armed with a knife jumping a counter at Hometown Pharmacy and grabbing the pharmacist.

The robbery occurred Sept. 21 at 11:30 a.m. inside the pharmacy at 3899 Indian Ripple Road. The robber took several bottles of Percocet pills, a common pain medication, then ran out of the store. The pharmacist was not injured. Beavercreek police released details of the pharmacy robbery suspect in hopes of identifying the man:

  • white male
  • 25-30 years old
  • 5'7"-5'9" tall
  • stocky build
  • escaped in a dark colored GMC Envoy-type sport utility vehicle
