Three face 31 charges for BB gun vandalism

Three Clearcreek Twp. residents are facing misdemeanor and felony charges stemming from BB-gun damage affecting 31 victims in Springboro and Clearcreek Twp. and valued at more than $10,000.

Logan Frazier, 19; Julie Christie, 19; and Christopher Lewis, 20, all of Clearcreek Twp. , were each indicted on two charges of vandalism, a felony, as well as 29 counts of criminal damaging, a misdemeanor.

From August to November 2016, Frazier, Christie and Lewis are accused of damaging businesses, homes and vehicles in the Springbor0-Clearcreek Twp. area with a BB gun.

The charges were on a list released Monday of people indicted last Friday by a Warren County grand jury.
