The crash of a pickup truck on Utica Road on Tuesday night sent the driver to a hospital suffering from cuts and bruises.
The driver, a male in his 20s, was headed north when he apparently lost control of the Chevy Silverado, over corrected, continued through a bean field and hit a stump before rolling.
The truck came to rest, on its top, against a house in the 3200 block of Utica, a Clearcreek Twp. police officer said.
Alcohol and speed are suspected, the officer said.
The driver was taken to Atrium Medical Center.
No one in the house was injured in the accident, which was reported just after 7:30 p.m.
