The girl reported that she had been communicating with Tutt on social media and agreed to meet him. She told detectives that she was raped inside his vehicle in a secluded area.
Tutt is charged with one count of rape and is in the Preble County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
Detectives said there may be additional victims, and anyone with information is urged to call the sheriff’s office at 937-456-6262.
