Deadline nears for free veterans breakfast with VA speaker

The deadline is Friday to sign up for Miami Twp.’s 11th annual Veterans Breakfast honoring those with military service.

The 8 a.m. Nov. 9 free event will be at the Miami Valley Fire District’s Station 51 at 10899 Wood Road. The keynote speaker will be Jill Dietrich, new director of the Dayton Veterans Administration Medical Center.

The hot breakfast will also include entertainment. Reservations must be made by today by calling or emailing the township at 937-433-9969 or email ncullen@miamitownship.com or beldridge@miamitownship.com.
