Authorities believe Crawford walked to the victim inside the bar and opened fire. The victim, William Blaine Lewis Sr., 31, was taken by ambulance to Community Hospital in Springfield.
Investigators said Lewis was shot several times and was immediately taken into surgery.
Police said Crawford casually walked out of the bar after the shooting. Investigators believe he may still be in the Springfield area.
