A public hearing on zoning variances for the project at 5321 Cornerstone North Blvd. is set for 7:30 p.m. May 24, the city announced Wednesday on its Facebook page.
One variance is to have its brand standard beacon as an architectural feature 8 feet higher than allowed. The second variance is for a screened dumpster in the front yard of a dual frontage lot, according to the city’s notice. The application is filed by Scarlet & Gray Hospitality.
