Within the last year alone his team planned and coordinated eight large-scale hiring events across the country where recruitment, interviews, employment offers, compensation negotiations and fingerprinting of future employees occurred all in one day. “Eric has had such a tremendous, positive impact to the AFLCMC mission during his time here,” said Kathy Watern, AFLCMC executive director. “He was instrumental in the center’s rollout of the AcqDemo program, providing guidance, clarifying new processes, etc., for approximately 5,000 AFLCMC employees. In addition, his team’s efforts to bring new civilian employees on board have been groundbreaking and are helping us fill critical talent management gaps. Eric has made a difference for our workforce and will be greatly missed. We wish him the best in his new position.”
