The NCAA tournament is underway and whether you are looking to attend a game, watch the action online, or track your bracket-- beware of scams.

Fans may encounter online fouls including phishing scams, malware-ridden video streams, and fake mobile apps, according to Kaspersky Lab.

To avoid fake websites attempting to get your payment information, check for “https://” in the URL to make sure the website is secure. Better yet- buy tickets directly from the venue when possible.

To avoid malware and privacy breaches, only stream games from websites you know, and watch out for sketchy mobile apps to stream games, get the latest scores, or track your bracket, according to Kaspersky Lab.
