BJ’s Brewhouse delays opening due to frozen pipes

The Austin Landing BJ’s Brewhouse location is expected to open fully by 5 p.m. Tuesday after frozen pipes closed the business temporarily, according to a spokesperson.

According to spokesman Greg Lavigne, the business was unable to open Tuesday after the frozen pipes were discovered.

Crews have been thawing the pipes and Lavigne said business should be back to normal by 5 p.m.

Lavigne said the cold temperatures in the area contributed to the incident.
