FIRST REPORT
Two vehicles are reportedly trapped in high water on Salem Avenue in Trotwood.
Initial reports indicate water is up to the doors and those inside the cars will need help getting out of the car.
High water has also been reported on several Trotwood and Phillipsburg roads.
