Brock D. Comer, 25, of St Paris, was the driver of a work truck that slammed into the back of a flatbed truck on West Millcreek Road around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Comer was pronounced dead at the scene, the sheriff’s office said in a media release Thursday morning.
An initial investigation found the flatbed truck was stationary on West Millcreek Road when the truck, driven by Comer, crashed into the back of the other truck, deputies said.
The driver of the flatbed truck, identified as Roger D. Pryor, 32, was transported to Wilson Memorial Hospital for treatment.
