Dr. Kevin L. Sharrett, a Cedarville physician and farmer, first is shown wearing jeans and a light blue short-sleeved button-down shirt while leaning on a big rig.

“Some people say, masks don’t make a difference,” he said.

The camera then does a closeup of his face, then slowly moves back, revealing Sharrett wearing his white doctor’s coat over a dress shirt and tie.

“Fact is, if four out of five of us wore a mask in public, the spread of COVID-19 could be significantly reduced. That’s what I believe,” he said.

Then, Sharrett — who also serves as the Greene County coroner — puts on a mask as he turns away from the camera and walks back to the Cedarville Family Practice building, part of the Kettering Physician Network.

The PSA is one of two titled “I Believe,” DeWine said.

“They focus on real Ohioans who are reinforcing the interventions that medical experts tell us will make a difference in slowing the spread of the #COVID19,” the governor Tweeted.

The third PSA is called “Up to All of Us” and features Ohioans in real businesses, DeWine said.
