The intersection was still closed as of 6:50 a.m. while deputies investigated what caused the accident.
WHIO-TV reported that at least one person was taken to a local hospital after he slammed his SUV into a utility pole.
The driver suffered minor injuries.

As of 7:20 a.m., there were 66 Dayton Power & Light customers in the area of the crash without power, according to Lesley Sprigg, Dayton Power & Light’s director of corporate communications.
