A Dayton man indicted on charges in connection to a 2017 fatal crash in Trotwood was arrested Tuesday, according to jail records.
Johnnie Lee Moore, now 43, was arrested by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, four days after he was indicted on charges in connection to the crash on Salem Avenue in November.
He remains booked in the Montgomery County Jail on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, jail records indicate.

A 42-year-old Dayton man is facing two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide after he allegedly caused a crash that killed a woman in November.
Johnnie Lee Moore was indicted by a grand jury Friday.
Moore was said to be driving in excess of 110 mph on Salem Avenue when he allegedly struck the vehicle of Theresa Abell near the intersection of Salem and Westbrook Road, according to prosecutors.
The crash killed Abell.
Moore’s vehicle also crossed the median and collided head-on with another vehicle. The driver in that vehicle was uninjured.
A warrant was issued for Moore’s arrest.
