Buying gifts can make for a lot of spending but there are places in the Dayton region that can lessen the financial burden.

More and more discount retailers have been making their way into the area with more coming soon.

Here are five local places to that can help with the holiday budget:

Second Look Products

The store mostly sells Nike, Under Armour and Adidas gear, cooking equipment, children’s toys and more but supplies can change depending on what is available from his sellers.

“I want to be able to give people a good product that’s not full retail price,” owner Sean Gray said. “We’re currently just scratching the surface, but I really think this will be a benefit both for the 200 million Amazon sellers and for the local community.”

Gabe’s in Middletown

Middletown’s Towne Mall Galleria, located near Middletown’s Interstate 75 and Ohio 122 interchange welcomed the discount retailer Gabe’s in 2015.
