The competitive program designed to help create and retain local jobs distributes grant funds twice a year. The grants help finance permanent improvement projects, like new building construction, renovations and power upgrades.

Local cities, townships and villages can apply for funding on behalf of companies. Businesses should work with their local jurisdiction to determine if their project is appropriate for ED/GE.
