Excellence in volunteering for animals

Montgomery County Animal Resource Center volunteer, John Crouch, has been named the 2014 “Diane Lane Memorial Award” recipient by the National Animal Control Association for outstanding volunteer service.

Crouch volunteers full-time each week to bathe and groom dogs at the the center. John grooms 10 or more dogs a day. He has volunteered at the center for about 17 years.

The association’s award is given to people who have demonstrated exceptional dedication or performed outstanding work far beyond the requirements of the volunteer position. CORNELIUS FROLIK
