Crews responded to Harvest Ministries International in the 200 block of South East Street around 9:10 a.m. and reported smoke coming from the structure.
Officials said a driver witnessed flames coming from the church and called 911.
The cause of the fire is under investigation but it is not believed to be suspicious, according to officials.
No injuries were reported.
