Case dismissed for teen accused of underage sex in Bellbrook

A 19-year-old Franklin man had his case dismissed in court after he was accused of having sex with an underage girl in a Bellbrook home last November, according to records.

Logan Calhoun had faced three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, according to records.

Calhoun had been accused of coming into the victim’s home overnight Nov. 28 through a window after she let him in, according to the police report. The girl told police she met him on Facebook, according to records.

The victim’s father walked into her room in the morning to check on her and said he found Calhoun in bed with his daughter, a police report showed.

The father confronted Calhoun and threatened to call police. When the father went to grab his phone, Calhoun fled from the house, according to the report.

The girl used her school-issued computer to contact Calhoun, the report read.
