Kollie was arrested Friday night in Beavercreek. Kollie had a detention hearing scheduled for Wednesday, which was continued to 3:30 p.m. today.
Vipal Patel, U.S. Attorney, said Kollie will be detained pending trial.
One reason his office advocated that Kollie remain jailed is because of increased risk with him living with a family friend rather than family.

Kollie’s attorney Nicholas Gounaris said the defense team’s opinion differs from prosecutors on risk and whether the home detention option was appropriate.
