Greene County businesses issued liquor violations

State liquor agents and local police conducted compliance checks of liquor permit holders in Greene County over the past week and cited seven businesses for serving to underage individuals.

Seven employees, one at each location, were issued misdemeanor citations for furnishing beer to a person under 21.

Agents with the Ohio Department of Public Safety Investigative Unit performed checks at 15 Greene County businesses between Nov. 12 and Nov. 19.

The follow seven businesses will be issued a combination of fines and citations for non-compliance with Ohio liquor laws:

Khehra Oil LLC, aka Indian Ripple BP, 4362 Indian Ripple Rd.

BL Restaurant Operations LLC, aka Bar Louie, 4492 Glengarry Drive

Adobe Gilas of Dayton LLC, 78 Plum St.

Wildenhaus Restaurants, Inc., aka Tuty’s Inn, 3982 Col. Glenn Highway

R&R Takhar Operations Inc., 3887 Col. Glenn Highway

Shaligram Inc., aka Wright Spot Drive Thru, 3913 Col. Glenn Highway

Lekh LLC, aka Halls Corner Carryout, 3891 Kemp Rd.
