Huber Heights to seek replacement for councilman who resigned

Huber Heights is seeking a replacement for former councilman Seth Morgan, who resigned his position last week.

City council announced they will solicit applications for a replacement at the Tuesday council work session. Applications will be due by Feb. 28 to Anthony Rodgers, clerk of council.

Once city council knows how many applicants there are, they will set a special work session to publicly interview candidates.

Residents of Ward 3 also can submit questions for city council candidates to Rodgers.

Morgan’s resignation was effective on Feb. 16. City council has until March 16 to replace him.
