Humane Society Pet of the Week

Name: Rose

Age: 1 year, 3 months

Color: Tan

Breed: Hound Mix

Gender: Female

Spayed: Yes

Why she is special: This gorgeous cutie is Rose. She came all the way from a Kentucky shelter to find her forever home! Rose is super sweet and loves getting attention and giving kisses! She has lots of energy and is extremely playful, loving, and affectionate. She absolutely loves playing with toys. She came in with another dog and got along well with him and she just absolutely loves other dogs so would do well in a home with a “dog sibling” (but would need to meet them before going home). She has started training here but would need a family/person willing to put in the time to continue training in the home. At this point, she may not do well in a home with young children because of her limited training. She is an amazing, playful, and loving girl ready to find her forever home and family! If you think she sounds like the perfect dog for you, come on in, fill out an application, and spend some time with Rose!

Cost: $250
