Kettering police seek your help to ID, capture theft suspect in crimes

Kettering police are seeking help from the public to identify and apprehend a female suspect in a theft earlier this month.

The suspect was captured in security camera images in a June 11 theft at Stein Mart in Town & Country Shopping Center on East Stroop Road, police said in a Facebook post.

She is also a suspect in prior thefts, according to police.

The June 11 theft occurred about 4:12 p.m. as the woman filled a tote bag with fragrances and kids clothing and left without paying, police said.

The suspect may be driving a black Mazda, according to police.

Anyone with information is asked to call police dispatch at 937-296-2555 and ask for Lt. Lambert.
