Jaynes was allowed to remain out of jail on a recognizance bond and was ordered to stay away from the business.
Jaynes has a hearing scheduled for Jan. 9 in Miami County Common Pleas Court.

A Tipp City woman was arraigned Thursday for allegedly stealing $18,000 from the Dairy Queen in Tipp City.
According to Miami County prosecutors, Jenna Jaynes, 22, stole the money between Oct. 1 and Oct. 31, 2016.
