A local fugitive charged with human trafficking and other felony charges was arrested in California after authorities said he fled the Dayton area.
Pascal L. Williams, 44, was arrested in the 400 block of South Main Street in Orange, Calif. after assaulting an officer and trying to flee, authorities said.

The Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team worked with other local law enforcement and developed information that Williams had fled our area after charges were filed against him in Nov. 2017, according to U.S. Marshals.
Additional charges against Williams are pending in Orange County, Calif.
