Magic Johnson pledges $1 million to Central State University

Magic Johnson announced Friday that he is donating $1 million to Central State University.

The NBA legend was on campus during homecoming week as radio legend Tom Joyner was inducted into the Marauder Athletic Hall of Fame, hbcugameday reported.

Johnson made a donation to CSU in 2015 when he cut the ribbon on the new student center.

In May 2017, he was named honorary chairman of CSU's capital campaign.

This is homecoming week at CSU.
