Chad A. Ralston, 39, was booked into the Mercer County Jail on suspicion of indecent exposure. He is being held on $100,000 bond, according to the Celina Police Department.
Felony charges are expected to be filed later today, police said.
FIRST REPORT
A man believed to be in his 50s is accused of exposing himself to an elementary age girl on Echo Street Tuesday afternoon.
Officer said the young girl was walking after school in the 900 block when the incident took place.

The suspect was described as a man possibly in his 50s, grey or white hair with a beard, wearing glasses and a red shirt, officer said. The suspect is said to be driving a dark red car.
