Glass, Davis and another female were in a room at the Hawthorn Suites on Prestige Plaza, when prosecutors said Glass picked up a semi-automatic handgun, removed the magazine and then pointed the gun at the victim.
Prosecutors said Glass pulled the trigger fatally shooting Davis.
Glass is said to have fled the hotel room while the other female called 911 and also left the room, a prepared statement read.
Glass also has a pending case from September, when he was indicted on two drug charges, prosecutors said.
Glass has a warrant out for his arrest an is due in court July 12 for an arraignment.
