Medics pronounced O’Quinn dead at the scene.
Devan Nagel, 21, of Houston, Ohio, was a passenger in David Nagel’s truck and took minor injuries, so medics took him to Upper Valley Medical Center. We contacted Upper Valley Medical Center this morning, and hospital officials said Devan was not currently a patient.
Police said that alcohol was not a factor in the crash, but that driver inattention and speed may have played a part.
