New waste contract starts July 1 in Huber Heights

The city of Huber Heights’ contract for waste collection with Republic Services begins July 1.

The cost for residents will be $9.77 a month or $29.31 a quarter for weekly trash pick-up and every other week recycling. Trash pick-up includes hand pick-up of bags or garbage cans. A cart with wheels and an attached lid can be rented for $1.77 a month.
