It is unclear what Commercial Developers plan to do with the property, which has been vacant since the store closed in 2007.
Carl Daugherty, Trotwood’s Planning and Zoning director, said he spoke to a representative of the Republic Bank of Chicago about the property. That bank representative told him that the bank had taken the property back from the previous owner who had defaulted on the loan. KELLI WYNN
