The proposal – called Deer Valley - involving 87 acres off Benner Road, city records show. The project by Oberer Development and Ryan Homes seeks to rezone the land from agricultural to planned residential near Mound Business Park.

The development would have two access ways off of Benner and about 21 acres would remain undeveloped, city records show.

That plan by Inverness Homes is set go to the planning commission next month, said City Planner Ryan Homsi.
