Investigators said the operation appeared to have been occurring in the home for an extended period of time.
Police did not release the identity of the man arrested but said he will be charged with cultivation of marijuana. A woman who was detained at the scene was not charged.

We’re working to learn more about police activity underway at a house in the 200 block of Deeds Avenue in Dayton.
A caller into our newsroom reported the activity around 9:45 a.m.
