UPDATE @ 11:05 a.m.:

The Dayton Power and Light outage map shows power has been restored in Shelby County.

INITIAL REPORT:

Power is out to the village of Port Jefferson, north of Sidney, after the sheriff’s office said a power line fell into the Great Miami River.

The power remained out to approximately 480 Dayton Power and Light customers around 9:30 a.m.

An estimated time for restoration was not immediately known.
