A Preble County man has been sentenced to over 20 years in prison for rape.

Devin M. Tutt, 20, was sentenced to 22 years in prison on two counts of rape, a first-degree felony. He will have to register as a Tier 3 sex offender for the rest of this life upon his release.

Tutt contacted two juveniles through social media, lied about his name and age, and raped the girls when he met then in April and August of 2019, according to a news release from Ohio Attorney General David Yost.

He was arrested on Aug. 6, 2019.
