Premier Health is having a groundbreaking ceremony Monday at 1 p.m. for a new facility in Vandalia.
The event will be held at 600 Aviator Court, where Premier plans to build a new physician network facility with x-ray and lab services, 12 primary care providers, and specialty services.
The outdoor event will include a brief program and refreshments.
This Vandalia medical office building will open late 2019.
