A shooting victim located during a traffic stop told troopers he was shot at the address.
The street has reopened and the standoff appears to be over.

There is heavy police presence in the 3900 block of Old Riverside Drive where a man said he was shot.

A shooting victim has reportedly been located after a state trooper made a traffic stop on a vehicle in Harrison Twp. Friday morning.
A state trooper reported making a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of West Siebenthaler Avenue and Catalpa Drive in Harrison Twp. around 3:40 a.m. Friday.

The trooper then requested for medics to respond to the scene after the passenger said they were shot, according to initial reports.
The condition of the victim was not immediately known.

Scanner traffic from the scene indicates the victim said they were shot somewhere in the 3900 block of Old Riverside Drive, about a mile from the scene.
